By paying this amount you accept the terms of the deposit, adhere to local regulations and acknowledge you are liable for specific damages caused by you. In addition up to 500 CHF can be deducted from the card if deposit terms are not met during your stay.

Parking
Please leave your name and number on the windscreen of your car saying you are guests with the apartment number Valmont10 (one car). If it snows overnight move your car to private parking first thing in the morning, so the snow can be cleared (everyone in Verbier has to do this when it snows overnight). If you don't leave your name and number on your car windscreen, or if you don't move your car if it snows overnight, you car can be towed away.
 
Rubbish
Use the ridiculously expensive white rubbish bags everyone has to use - the rubbish is left opposite Nevai hotel on the way to the library. Don't leave any rubbish in communal building areas please;
 
More than one complaint to the police will affect your deposit.
 
Noise
Parties are not allowed. Because of party events after corona the police have the right to enter the apartment if there is loud music after 10pm, levy further fines, liase with booking agency and evict. Keep the music down after 10pm, the stone floors in the corridors carry noise easily, consider the neighbours and make sure you have the code (7690 "enter")/key to get into the building late at night when it is locked. Full deposit can be forefeited if the police are called (you will be absolutely fine if there are no parties!)
 
The skiroom door closes automatically so take care not to lock your keys inside.
 
Inside
Avoid citrus on the stone surfaces in the kitchen as it marks. No candles please, because there is so much wood. Its easier to notify and replace if there are damages eg, broken glasses are easily replaced at coop nearby (or Migros).
 
When you leave
When you leave please strip the bedding that you have used and leave it next to the beds, leave the dishes washed and the rubbish out in designated areas (Route de Verbier on the way to the library).
